We want you to love your Lori Bed, but if it is not the right fit for your home, we offer a 60-day return window for products in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee apply to all Murphy bed returns to ensure we can keep our prices competitive.
Return Process
- 1.Initial Request
Contact our customer support team within 60 days of delivery to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Document Preparation
Take clear photos of the unopened boxes to confirm the condition of the product and print the prepaid shipping labels provided by our team.
- 3.Pickup and Shipping
Schedule a freight pickup or drop off the items at a designated carrier location, ensuring all original hardware and components are securely packaged.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the return shipping and restocking fees.
